Searching through online resources, it is obvious that a lot of previously available public information has been removed. The dedicated M3 Motorway/ archaeology website is now defunct. I have been unable to find any useful information regarding the main sites excavated on the new NRA Database. It is apparent that one must buy one of the NRA publications associated with the M3 excavations in order to examine the findings.
Some of the following summaries, incomplete as they are, have been found on the Meath County Council website.
Online summary of the archaeological reports of the main sites destroyed:

The Tara Skryne Valley is a beautiful area to visit and it holds a special place as the cultural centre of Irish heritage and history.
If you are out and about in the valley and you see something that concerns you or you are curious about e.g. surveying, diggers etc, please let us know so we can investigate.
It may be something that we're already aware of but on the other hand, it may not, so the sooner we're advised of any activities the better.
We appreciate your support. Thank you!
